does this work with 4.0?
Lugh 28 Agu 2024 @ 11:24am
@misanthrope wouldn't skeptical make research take longer.

"Turns out the crust of the planet moves here's proof" rest of the society spends hundreds of years before they accept it.
Misanthrope 29 Apr 2024 @ 8:18pm
@snail, I believe you're confusing cynical with skeptical. Cheers.
Snail Molester 9 Nov 2023 @ 2:47pm
If you update, please make Cynical give +5% research speed.

Just More Traits 3.x Since the author for the moment has abandoned. DaTroll has made some updated successors.
Gamer of Indeterminate Gender 5 Des 2021 @ 12:06pm
3.2?
Deviant 19 Feb 2021 @ 8:26pm
Great mod. The only drawback is the complete mess in the trait sequence.
Dr Jimothy 20 Jan 2021 @ 8:58am
Yo homie could I get my filthy hands on some trait IDs?
Jah 16 Jan 2021 @ 8:37am
2.8?
Chuff Goon Wide Bore Drip Tip 30 Mei 2020 @ 11:10pm
Works for me! Although I don't have Lithoids, so that might be why.
Sulu 15 Mei 2020 @ 7:59pm
If this works/worked while using 2.6.3, might it work for 2.7.*?
Nilserrich 17 Mar 2020 @ 12:29am
Very well done. But maybe it would make sense to link to your version. So people can find it.

To anyone wanting this mod, I just made a mod called "Just More Traits Lithoid Compatible". Obviously, it's this mod made available to lithoids. Feel free to grab it. But don't forget that EdFromEarth did 99% of the work. So 99% of the gratitude is for him. ;)
Solodon 30 Nov 2019 @ 10:01pm
Thank you for confirming - hope you can get around to fixing it.
EdFromEarth  [pembuat] 29 Okt 2019 @ 12:31pm
Folks, I have no plans to update at this time. If you're seeing it completely broken after the Lithoids pack, may have to call this one dead for the time being. Sorry to say I don't have much time to keep up with modding these days.
Bioness 24 Okt 2019 @ 8:41pm
Unable to use any traits with Lithoids, it is just blank.
Doc 24 Okt 2019 @ 4:14pm
Seems the traits don't work with the new Lithoids pack. Any chance of an update?

Thanks for the great mods!
drakon8 10 Okt 2019 @ 9:33am
2.4 now "Subspace Omnibus" => "Ressourses fom Job +3.30%", "Efficient Processor" => +5%
it is fine ?
Svensk 13 Sep 2019 @ 7:40am
This mod seems to work fine with 2.3. I have not had any errors so far
LordofChrome2191 6 Sep 2019 @ 5:54pm
Update for 2.3.3
EdFromEarth  [pembuat] 11 Jul 2019 @ 3:47pm
Thanks for the well wishes! I'm glad you've enjoyed the mod :)
BefuddledBacon 8 Jul 2019 @ 8:42pm
@EdFromEarth Really enjoyed the added flavour and variety I could change my species up with this mod, I'm sorry to see it go. But I hope all is well dude, good luck with life :lunar2019smilingpig:
EdFromEarth  [pembuat] 24 Jun 2019 @ 3:58am
I have not had the time yet or interest with what time I do have to pick this up and update it. Haven't even properly played Stellaris in almost a year. Not sure when I will. Life happens, etc. Typical hazards of mod writing... I'm sure I will eventually come back to the game because it is phenomenal, but now isn't that time.

Know a lot of you enjoy this mod, so sorry for letting you down there. If another motivated modder can look through JMT and determine what needs to change for 2.3.* I'd happily roll that into an update and credit you as a co-creator.
Raminagrobis 22 Jun 2019 @ 7:50am
Can you make localisation for other language please ?:steamhappy:
Ugly Bastard 19 Jun 2019 @ 11:24am
Wish this was updated. Just More Empires Expanded needs this mod.
Wubbbi 17 Jun 2019 @ 2:32pm
@EdFromEarth did you inspect? :D <3
mturkhan 9 Jun 2019 @ 12:16pm
It would be nice if Migratory and Fecund species also had the Migratory Flock AI Personality, same as vanilla inspirations for these traits. Of course, I can mod it in myself.
Black Rabbit 7 Jun 2019 @ 7:32pm
@Kasarian Because its fun having 99 mods :P
Kasarian 7 Jun 2019 @ 5:29pm
There are other mods that do just that (more trait picks) so you can use that in combination with this one? Doing it myself.
Black Rabbit 7 Jun 2019 @ 3:58pm
I would love if this mod gave "10 trait" picks instead of 5 and had a 4 point cost "Very Strong" trait.
Dragon of Desire 5 Jun 2019 @ 4:09pm
Well, what i'm worried about is their changes to pop job selection in recent patches. I think the problem might be that the new traits aren't registered to some sort of job preference weighting system, and thus if you choose, say, hunter-gatherers, which reduces food income by 20%, the game doesn't see the code and thus makes the weighting for food the same as someone who doesn't have said trait.

I'm not sure though, I just know that for some reason m pops with Hunter-Gatherer were kicking off robots from farm jobs and then taking all of them.
EdFromEarth  [pembuat] 5 Jun 2019 @ 3:11pm
I'm not 100% certain, but this should continue to work in 2.3. I may have time this weekend to inspect and update anything broken as necessary.
Dragon of Desire 5 Jun 2019 @ 1:34pm
However, I have noticed a bit of a problem, does this influence job choice at all?
Dragon of Desire 5 Jun 2019 @ 12:43pm
Seems to work fine in 2.3 for me, Piggy.
TheNecromancerWendigo 5 Jun 2019 @ 7:24am
Is this 2.3 compatible or should I wait for an update?
Caracus 18 Mei 2019 @ 1:44am
Finally a mod with the traits in the description and as far as I can see its balanced.
brucethemoose 17 Apr 2019 @ 1:12am
I think this should be linked in the description: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1681402433

As traits aren't very useful in multi-species empires unless pops get appropriate jobs.
WolfintheWheat 12 Apr 2019 @ 7:46am
Helps a ton, thank you! :Hire:
Azurel Morningstar 12 Apr 2019 @ 7:39am
thanks! i was just about to ask that!
EdFromEarth  [pembuat] 30 Mar 2019 @ 6:04pm
The format I used on the backend is trait_just-more-traits_[trait name]. For example: trait_just-more-traits_curious or trait_just-more-traits_dull. Hope that helps!
WolfintheWheat 28 Mar 2019 @ 10:15pm
Any chance you could include how these traits are all labeled on the backend on the description or something? Vanilla traits are "trait_sedentary" and "trait_strong," I can't open the mod file as it comes binarized from the workshop and I can't ever do anything to these with console commands because they aren't named the same way. :KScared:
Jin_Cardassian 9 Mar 2019 @ 1:54am
@EdFromEarth I just got around to looking at the Thrifty myself, and it looks like they did the same thing for trade as they did fore amenities traits. There's no uniform multiplier or call, they actually list an additive value individually in every single effected job type. Man, that's some inelegant garbage.
Jin_Cardassian 23 Feb 2019 @ 10:51pm
I slapped together a patch between your mod and More AI Personalities. I'll keep adding to it as more traits appear :)

https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1664969690
Jin_Cardassian 18 Feb 2019 @ 10:37pm
Thanks for that. It's a cool mod you've made.
EdFromEarth  [pembuat] 18 Feb 2019 @ 10:04pm
I've still got to take a look at how they changed Thrifty to work the way it now does. Wasn't a quick copy/paste change from what I recall. Been very busy, but I will give it a look here soon enough.
Jin_Cardassian 18 Feb 2019 @ 5:05pm
Any chance you could add some more traits related to Trade Value? With 2.2 change to Thrifty; Prudent, Idle and Spendthrift seem out of place still dealing with energy. They'd need replacements to fill their energy role, like Ingenious was added to fill Thrifty's old role.
EdFromEarth  [pembuat] 17 Feb 2019 @ 3:01am
@Zalseon Probably not. Let me know if you encounter bugs though.
Zalseon 16 Feb 2019 @ 11:29am
would this mod conflict with any mod that expands the trait pick limit? not adding any traits just the slot amount.
EdFromEarth  [pembuat] 10 Jan 2019 @ 10:18pm
@Juicifer Thanks for the info. I'll look into that and make the necessary update if it's the right fix!
