IQ; please note that you accidentally named the file 'chainsaw-blahdiblah- IP instead of LP. This makes the game unable to recognize the file, and thus plays the default.

It only seems to play when you actually pull the chainsaw out, once you start slashing through zombies the noise of the blade drowns everything out. I would almost suggest putting the audio in place of the active chain sounds rather than the engine startup.
