I am seeing the same issue with the new CE version. It looks like they changed the penetration values for weapons and ammo, so all the gear and droids from this mod have a pen value of 0mm, otherwise the rest of the mod seems to be working just fine

Hey if you ever wanted to consolidate all your patch mods you could make them all the patches available within one mod using the PatchOperationFindMod operation. Example of it linked below.

Body parts are just flying off of my androids. :( My 4 androids have maybe 3 non-makeshift limbs between them all.

Seems like the swarm shells are still vanilla mortar shells, since they show up under manufactured items instead of CE ammo.
