@0skillz - Thanks for stopping by, and for taking an interest! I had planned, at one point, to do a full-on campus with this set.But, I'm really tied up with other modding projects outside of this game at the moment. So, eventually I will get around to it - but not like next week, or perhaps next month.

I stumbled onto your stuff via a PNW collection of residential things, a reskin of your modular motel was part of all the stuff i downloaded the other day and after discovering it via 'find it' and using it in my game i had to go looking for a proper road-side motel sign. I _really_ like this modular idea :)

@Tobi - they're up above now. I've posted the .blend file (in progress mesh) and the .psd file (in progress textures) if you want to mess with those as well.

@Tobi, I didn't post the source files for this item. I'll do that a little later if you want to take it into the asset editor and actually make it into an apartment building. I should still have all the files.
