Forgot to add, this only seems to affect leaders and only leaders, planet, ship, fleet and army names are not affected by this

Hi, I got a bug after sometime where my leaders won't spawn dwarfen names anymore, it switched to mammalian names, but on older saves the dwarf names appear again. Any idea what could be causing this?
