No idea.. maybe it's a Steam flaw or your ISP screws up the D/L process.
The mod has 172MBs in total.. so that's how much Steam should indicate.
Unless.. that 3.1 value is simply the packages flow average when downloading.

Oh yes.. that very cool "Eagle Symbol"!
I had first planned to insert it on the Avenger decal itself.. but couldn't really find enough empty space for it along with the rest. Now that i've seen how the Hal--O-- integrated quite well on their Decal, i'm fairly sure it could be dropped into the Top-Left area without much troubles ... not as a purely stand-alone version though. After all, "Avengers" somewhat belong to the SHIELD organization.

I'll just have to update #3. Next version of this mod.. along with the newly planned #9 (Star Trek).

@Cylindrik.. Not really, if i were to fully try to cover every aspects of Star-Wars -- it would take dozens+ of extra specifics. Far too much variety.

1) A friend from our Discord community of Modders mentionned to me he's planning to port your 3d Model of the Pelican to swap with XC2 Skyranger! Stay tuned & watch out for the Workshop news.

2) Finally (had to) settle for an hybrid version of the UNSC elements & will integrate it all directly to this pack (#8). As one texture.. with many components.. visually coherent.. hi-res. Gimme a few days.

Should be a lot easier to manage knowing such facts.
The UNSC style/letters would then be perfect to insert in a similar way as what Predator (Timer) & Stargate (Dial) use for their top row symbols -- while creating Logo glyphs for UNSC+ONI+ODST "sections".
And letting the usual (Hal_O symbol) somewhat shine through at the front like the Target & Jaffa versions above.
Sooooo -- i'm counting only three variations. Easy.

Yes UNSC is the overall military in the Halo universe. ONI is the Intelligence (basicalyl spies).
ODST is the UNSC's special forces and im not sure what that flaming skull thing was.
So it would make sense to use the UNSC one but of course it's up to you :)

UNSC is a "generic" designation of most factions in Halo, right?
I'm gonna still perform a thorough analysis of this "Universe" anyhow.. as i've found a LOT of Glyphs & other elements in various places.

If so -- then.. combining some Halo "elements" (by choice or preferences) together on a generic style Decal would be ideal.
Just one texture grabs a whopping 11,000+/-MBs on average into this package.

Hmmmm.. tall wings there. Might be possible to squeeze a glyph with enough details. What else would you think of to represent UNSC from the Halo Universe? Because the proportional space available on the Side panel could host a few more "Images".
