A small reminder: if you're using unstable branch of ACE please keep track of dev branches of my mods on GitLab, Steam is updated only to latest ACE stable. I pushed an update for the new herb system this morning.

I've started a new ACE game today and for me it's working perfectly (it was broken before the update so for me the fix works).

nope. just tried on a new game for testing and its the same. tried on a cherry bush, marked four of them for autoharvesting (play button on) but they dont get harvested automatically after cherries are regrown. Too bad, was really looking forward to the fixed mod.

oh well... now the "on" button does not reset but neither does it mark the plants for harvest after its regrown. maybe i need to start a new game for it to work?

OK, the fix was a bit more elaborate than I expected but it's here, please report if you experience further problems as it may have some unexpected side effects.

Mod is still broken. I've created approximately 7 new games after the new ACE update, and the problem with it harvesting once, then turning off is still there. Re-address your issue.

It only harvest once, after that it will turn off, if I turn off ACE, it will be ok

To all reporting the mod is not working after last ACE update: it will not work on old saves and I cannot fix it because it's an ACE internal problem. For me it is working in new games and I don't see a need to fix it as I wasn't able to break it myself.

2.0 isn't compatible with previous Autoharvest versions but it should work fine on saves started without Autoharvest mod.

I uses it with stonehearth cafe. And it works well with other plants in it but it just does not work with the bee houses.

Think I had that problem @Confused_Toothpaste! I think I had to start a completely new game with the mod to get all the plants to work originally. Sorry if that's not right, but that's what I remember?

I don't know if this is intended but the auto harvest doesn't work for every plant. like it will work for one silkweed but then I don't even get the option for the other silkweed plants I have

Pawel, thank you for continuing to support your mod. If you have your full focus on making it faster, so be it and you have the community's thanks. Remember for every suggestion of how to make a mod better (because we are interested in such a nice mod!), there's probably 100 of us not even coming to the mod page to comment because the mod works great for us.

Definitely not, your lings would venture to the edges of the freshly generated map to collect things then bam! GOBLINS!

Besides, I am not intending to add functionality to this mod unless I find a way to make it faster. Rewriting it using AI instead of component communication is top priority.

Is there some way possible to have harvesting ON as a default setting?

I have been running around collecting all the berry bushes and then I forget to turn harvesting on...

So a default ON would be fantastic!

Or perhaps a click & drag select and turn all of them on that way?

I think it would be best to ask the Brewery mod author, adding support requires adding one entry in JSON which is completely harmless if one doesn't have Autoharvest Mod (I created a new one so it doesn't override any vanilla stuff).

@Фhtrin: I was thinking about it but forgot the tags completely, thanks for a reminder. Will be fixed for the next release (should appear next month, I'm quite busy now).

Also, I've noticed SH mods can have their own discussion pages so in case of bug reports please make a discussion so we can exchange information regarding that specific bug. Alternatively, report bugs on my modding thread on SH Discourse.

Well, that may happen at some point but I have a lot of real life stuff going on right now so don't expect it to happen soon. Also, I am planning to sit down to this code once again and check if there is a way to make it less performance-heavy so I wouldn't really recommend doing anything major with this mod because I may rewrite it completely at some point.

It is decided this won't be an option because it would encourage mass usage of autoharvest what would be a performance killer. I was asked to provide a hotkey on Discourse, though, and I think it is a good idea.
