I love this but I have some issues with it:
1 being that when I place it, it has no IKEA signs on it, it's just a blue building,
2 It continuosly bitches about low land value even though I've placed loads of things around it to increase...

Any thoughts Dev?

@Maga2020 is their a street inside the building asset? If so that be issue. I have other commercial rico building like soby's and cpl other Canadian retail stores with a street within the building. It was bugging me crime within it. Had to use road anarchy to extend the inside street to my main roadway.
