Nice concept! I would say that it makes more sense for puppet states to be ruled by princes/princesses/barons/dukes rather than other kings/queens on the same level as the kaiserin. The Holy Roman Empire was a collection of principalities so it makes sense on that level too.

Also, the principalities of the HRE were referred to as "fürstentum", which might be an interesting naming convention for puppets (e.g. Fürstentum Schweiz -The Principality of Switzerland). But i'm not a native speaker so i'm not sure how natural that sounds.

You really should change Deutsches Mittelafrika into Deutsch Mittelafrika etc. As a native speaker i find this sounds more natural.

This mod has been updated as a LITE version with the following features:
Choose a between 4 kaisers: Wilhelm 2, 3, 4 and Victoria.
Music.
Loading screens.

At the moment puppet names and leaders is not updated.
If found please report any bugs.

i was just wondering of there is an error with the portrait becose i always get some random dude insted of victoria (i have the waking the tiger dlc) idk what the issue is here

update: poking around in the code of this mod has reinforced my belief that there is no benevolent god

can you release a version of the mod that just allows you to pick victoria after taking "return of the kaiser"? other stuff is cool but from the comments i don't think it works.

@BowTieJack Dont know how to actually get them working correctly anymore. They have changed so much in the game. They were fine back when it was live.

I love the idea for this mod, but couldn't quite get it to work despite using your recommended version with no other mods enabled. I tried both annexing and puppetting in a peace conference while non-aligned as Germany but was unable to get any portraits to show, I was just wondering exactly how to work it

If you find time to upgrade this I suggest to add the option to merge all african colonies into Mittelafrika as it was basically the idea to merge Deutsch-Ostafrika, Deutsch-Westafrika and Deutsch-Südwestafruka into one entity after annexing Kongo from Belgium and propably buying Angola from Portugal.

Looks great, hope you will find time to update it at some point.

@BowTieJack I'm looking at the coding now and if DEN, NOR or SWE owns NOR+SWE (exept southern Sweden as in the pictures) the AI would create SCA if being a puppet. At the moment the mod is not updated so it could malfunction. In that case it might be needed to change country via "TAG SWE" and create it yourself.

How do you form Scandinavia? Do you have to have Nor or Swe annex the other and tag switch over to do the decision?

The "Return of the Kaiser" Event doesn't actually give you option to pick Viktoria.
