So you want to say that your addon is allowed on other servers?
What if clienside addons are disabled by the server? Not every server have your addon installed.
And why would your " !kill " chat command work 100%, and the " kill " con.command not? :/

I just saw your lua code and..I always thought that "kill" does the same ply:Kill() thing.
Am I wrong..?
