I only gave them permission to use my mods sicne I do not work on the project itself., I don't troubleshoot any issues that come up with them being in another mod.

Thank you for the response. That info is useful. I will do some more testing. I am certain the issue is not this mod, because I had existing issues with NPCs before I installed it (that and this mod seems fairly short and sweet). Beep and Red do not always trigger their events and Mui has not been where she is supposed to be. I will also double check and make sure RW or any other mod hasn't moved Cat.

Almost certainly not, if that is all that Reactive world changes.
This mod doesn't change the squads the character ID for Cat is assigned to. This mod only makes her female again, as she was originally.

Any incompatibility with Reactive World? Because Cat is not at the default location.
