Working 1.45

From what tests I have done on this mod it works for 1.40 and works well from what i have done it can upgrade garages for free up to the large (Which is the max.) I have not tested if when you buy are garage it is free but seems pretty good I have also see other mod where stuff is free but they are outdated and crash your game this does not. This one works well and I hope you keep updating it for the new versions of the game. @ConicalCanvas82

I´m a bit confused TBH... I downloaded this mod yesterday, and it worked perfectly; but the next time I logged on, it didn´t work at all, and havent worked since... Please advice me :D Thanks

PS: I REALLY liked the mod (When it worked) And I´m REALLY sadface, now that it does´nt work anymore; cuz I´ve made, a whole new profile, so I´m strapped for for cash :(
