Curvy Cola, are you using EFT-like skins? AKM and AK-74M reskins are broken af, so this is an issue of the model itself
I used it maybe half a year ago and didn't see this issue at all. So skin may be the issue

LargeWillyMan, it depends on sv_pure. If it is lower than 2 then u can use it. You can see this option on the right of every server.
U can also make a special filter so u will see only sv_pure -1 to 1.
sv_pure is just a restriction to use mods.
1 means only, u know, light client-side mods
2 means strictly forbidden to use mods at all
0 allows everything, -1 too
keep that in mind, useful thing
Some modders also write in the description of a mod about what parameters of sv_pure allow to use it.
