A campaign in this style with this level of mapping would've rivaled Infra (or been Infra before Infra was Infra I suppose.)
I can activate some of the radios. (4, for now)
Finally it is useful for something other than pictures.
Just get EP1 & 2 they hardly cost anything.
Besides, if you haven't played them yet, you really shouldn't be playing Gmod.
Lighting is fine, I'm not noticing any issues (clear install), though the optimization is really the only thing keeping this map from being one of the best on the Workshop. I would suggest at least putting some draw distance on tiny physics props, to boost FPS by a decent amount, and also to add some area portals in doors and windows (would really help to not render what's inside the buildings, especially the middle one).
Great map, though, it's super detailed, albeit small.
Would you be interested in making a rainy/foggy version of this when you find it worth your time? Would be interesting to see this map with a dark mood to it.
I was drawn back to my long canceled hobby of mapping and noticed that the lighting bug that stifled the continuation of the work on this map had, atleast for me, disappered.
Can someone else please confirm that the illumination of doors and physics props no longer undergoes sudden blackouts or changes if a really large amount of props is placed in the map and the angle from which the model is seen is changed.
Thanks in advance
