This was referenced after the "Oberkommando der Wehrmacht", or the Supreme German High Command. I assume this was their Headquarters.

Needs optimization, just one area portal might be good enough

I'm also guessing this map is made for combat so you need to add more cover and stuff in the middle

Some of the props are marked as errors, there are no texture glitches though.
