I used Ninja Ripper on PPSSPP. Then, I used Noesis to export the mesh and textures into a readable format.

I think I'm not going to expand this project anymore. Furthermore, I don't see much of a difference between WAC & Gredwitch vehicle aside from some script difference and ammo types.
