This enables the official levels being editable. Not models and meshes. That is not possible in SSHD. Will be in Fusion 2017 once that's out. This pack then will become completely obsolete.

You open the original levels, the same way you'd do that without this pack.

But how do I access them in the Serious Editor?

When you subscribe to them, they should replace the original levels in modded mode.

Where are these files saved to?

There's no need, they are the same maps as the official ones in the game. It's a modder's resource.
