I used notepad++. Go to the Guides and find the Guide that you can place cars on any floor.

I'm glad you enjoyed it.
The level editor and sprites has its limits. The legs are one sprite (and jacket uses the gangs legs sprites), like the weapons when you pick up is one seprate sprite for one separate color and I kept the legs as white because Jacket is playermodel is white. So I couldn't really do anything to the legs.

I playedit and it was really really really nice and fun apart from the player's legs not changing colors i really liked it !

I know i read your warning before i played with the Oscar mask. I just wanted a little more challenge. I actually managed to complete the level with it. It was hard i tell you but i discovered a trick to win. You go to fully red rooms and shoot a few bullets so that all the enemies come to you and shoot them. And if you about to enter a fully dark room open the door and shoot straight and from left to right.

And that how i completed the level 7 times dying. But it a very great map very great and creative.
