It should work in 2.1, and it should replace all stock notification lines with lines from COH2. If it's not working please reply here.

@Plum_Pudding - Nah, I'm just a fan of Wilburgr. I get what you're saying about the OKW though. Whatever works for you; I wouldn't mind it's own pack but I get it either way. Your freetime, your hobby. I do mods for other games so I get the dynamic.

@JudgeAlfred, I think I'll do the British first then, perhaps followed by the Soviets. I feel like the OKW announcer is a little too exaggerated and isn't distinctive enough from the Ostheer to warrant it's won mod. By the way, from that profile picture, don't you have a youtube account floating around somewhere?

I think the British, OKW or the Soviets. They're all very well done to be honest. The US forces are a bit less so priority, only because Stellaris already caters to American accents. But seriously any of them are nice.
