Directly taking a model from someone else's port, especially without permission is bad practice and is actually cause for addon removal by Steam, especially when you refuse to adhere to Steam's ToS and wishes of the model uploader.

Had you ported this yourself it would be fine but taking it from someone else's pack isn't.

Rizzleberry31 it is from call of duty ww2 because I don't think he made this model, I think he just ported it from the game call of duty WW2 into blender or C4D and then prted it to SFM

Also Stefano, unless you made the original model from scratch by yourself it is not your intellectual property at all. As Capcan stated if it is that important to you then port your newer model to SFM and be done with it.

Stefano just fucking put your model on the SFM workshop. Since yours is better it shouldn't matter this guy tried to steal it. You could easily blow this guy away and also its called report.

However, the tank will be outdated soon, because I'm currently doing a new version of itself, and that I'll upload for sure on gmod workshop

It has bones for the turret, gun, MG, and hull. Tracks and wheels don’t. If that’s what you mean.
