As it happens, I admit to a certain fannish liking for the doomed debtor of Bioshock Infinite. As the man has a habit of winding up in places with his memory scragged, how he never got ported into Saints Row as a Protagonist/Boss/President option is beyond me. Hell, there's even a mod for his outfit for Fallout 4!

Now all we need is the hoodie added as a separate item with custom colors, the chain, pants and shoes with custom colors, the hoodie with the vest as a separate item also with custom colors too, the cole jacket as a separate item with custom colors and with the hoodie, possibly a Delsin face mask, the good and evil karmic appearances of the hoodies and vests, the vests with different logos/pictures, and a full Delsin Rowe suit complete with the good/evil karmic appearances of his vest and hoodie, his face, and his chain.

Wow i threw so much stuff in there. I wonder how long it'll take just to throw all of this in one big update? It'll probably just take a month or two.

@LA-Z Теоретически можно, но вроде нет тулзы для работы с партиклами, был один, что пытался тестуры подменять, но везде ломалась прозрачность
