No, and I think it's pretty obvious. This patch hasn't been updated for 4.5 years, one of its parent mods went through two major version changes and the other has died.

Most probably not, because the resource system has changed. And I'm still waiting for other mods to update before coming back to Stellaris...
However, the UltraDreadnought author said that he might be working on a compatibility at the moment.

Will update the mod next week after I finish my exams. It should be just a version number update (and maybe a small rebalance to keep up with the ESC's rebalance), so the mod should work fine for now.
