yeahh that happens...

hmmm.. i remember last time i was experimenting with RICO and WG realistic Population mod,
If you disable RICO and have WG Realistic Popuation Mod, the WGRPMod will automatically scale the homes based on the building size. It wont hit 75 homes that high, maybe around 20 or 25...
But you tried that and it makse the numbers of home to be 1/1 🤷‍♂.
If only there's a official built in function to tweak the number of homes

It's sad tho, within 10 secs my population from 75,000 went to 328,000. It's so impossible to view the main district of my city, because of the number of population.

i do realised WG realistic mod seems to clash with RICO.

I already did used RICO mod to plop them, but it still shows 1 household T_T

Thanks mauritsivs! Do you have a picture of it? These building are created to fit the growable footprints and real world height of around 2.6m tall for each floor.
