How would it work? XD
Slingshots are like the children's version of the Bow and Arrow. It's ment to be shot from afar.
Putting this on the scout is the complete opposite of what scouts are for: Getting in close and personal :/

This would work excellently as a secondary weapon for the sniper in my opinion.
If it were to be essentially the same as the scout's sandman (without the melee attack or health nerfs) then I would love using this, and I personally think it would be a pretty balanced weapon.
