i have a problem with this mod that i never had before. the books disapear from inventory every time i load my game save

@txmadhatter. It is Not this mod putting you back in Helgen...check your load order for conflicts.
This mod places chests at certain places in Skyrim which contain the books containing the console commands.
"But that's Cheating"...Actually, no it isn't, how You use them is though.
Personally, I can't rate this mod high enough, its an essential mod for any play through I do.
Thanks again for an all time great mod.

The Skyrim Wiki states the exact wording- Player.additem or Player.addspell ID them Amount No " or ( )..Hope that helped. Console ~ key Cheats for PC. Have not seen in Game yet. I have my Favs ID list in a notebook handy anyway. Thoughtful Mod idea though.

yall do realize you can just open the console, and type "help" and then whatever it is you want in parenthases, and you can see it listed above.

Lightstar: these books are a fantastic asset. I really appreciate the work that you put in by pulling all of this stuff together. Because of the many glitches in the game, especially after a few years, these books sometimes provide the correct "work around" to get back on-track. Thanks again!

Placing furniture by the console it's difficult and tricky, I'd recommand using the creation kit tool it's much better and more easier.

I do not know if the console command is enabled in the xbox also if it's enbled is there a any keyboard support so you can write the codes in the console commands?

I think you should use player.placeatme "The code from the books" (without the quotes).

I tried getting a bookshelf with this but I keep getting a message of "could not parse this line", am I doing something wrong?

well lightstar i hope you do add this to the xbox one version... or at least a new spell book that gives use of tlc... i think it was the fly through walls and floors... the new spell would need to last 1 hour in real time... and it would cost all current magika to use it... or perhaps a ring would be better that way a player can remove it to walk on solid ground again...

well I'm not sure if the mod will work in the special edition and I hope Betheda did not change anything in the items codes but this is seems unlikely. Anyhow I will test the codes once the game get released.

please i beg of your infinite wisdom to add this to bethesda.net mod section for the xbox one version... i bought the steam version wanting to use these but my windows xp cant play skyrim nor is it available for use on a mac... so please add this...

It's not a book it's a collection of books you can find them inside a chest called "Lightstar Console books" please check the pictures above for the location and there is no difference if you follow the stormcloack or the imperial you can find the box in many places.

what is the ID code of the book? cant find it in whiterun OR alvors house mihgt be becuase i went with the stormcloack and not alvors son?

I have a problem with one shout. As I'm teaching myself words (AKA Thu'um Master acheivement) for some reason, there's this random one that crashes my game upon selecting, but it's a scrapped shout.

thanks a lot for taking the time to make this very usefull mod. but while cheking the books it seems that pickaxe and torch are missing from either misc and weapons (pickaxe considered a one handed weapon axe). where they placed somewhere else in the books or is that they are not in the books.

I have a rather big suggestion; i love your mod it has been very very useful and a one of a kind. But what if you went further by making that any mod that the player subscribes to will automatically have the spawn ids and names added directly into your console books, so that they can spawn in modded items as well as the normal items. I don't know if this is even possible but its just an idea.

Just saying but if you are using steam you can just Shift+Tab and use the steam internet browser to look for the commands in the internet. Have a nice Day :)

just a quick tip never type psb in console commands. and if you want the most power weapon in the game, type ysgramor and you'll see ysgramor's wuuthrad and its way more powerful than any weapon in the gameand its better than the default wuuthrad!
