Is there a plan to update this to 2.1? My friend and I love it.

Probably just needs a quick version-number update anyway.

Nope.

Is it possible to add the "SYSTEM SURVEYED" to the list of banned messages? it's really maddening!

Thank you so much for this! Makes little sense as a government that can't do diplomacy with anyone why I keep getting notified of their trivial exchanges.

That's a vanilla bug.

Is this customizable to hit specific notifications that can get spammy with certain playstyles? I like to flood the galaxy with science ships to explore, meet people, and get interesting events ASAP, and on fast speed it's like SYSTEMSURVEYEDSYSTEMSURVEYEDSYSTEMSURVEYED. Still looking for a mod that can save me all that right-clicking.

I agree with macelharen. It would be nice if you could block the ethics shifts of the AI alongside the other spam.
macelharen 28. feb. 2018 kl. 22:22
using your mod and liking the lack of spam, although i do see "ethics" notifications not involving me. i'm okay with seeing 'peace' and 'war' stuff.
keeping tabs on what i'm seeing (using screenshots to document)

@Polar I'll take a look at that.
macelharen 26. feb. 2018 kl. 22:25
interesting. would be nice if you had a list of things blocked vs things allowed through.
BTW, what's the option of 'no event popups' in the vanilla settings?
Polar 26. feb. 2018 kl. 17:09
Would it be possible to extent the mod to also hide casus belli notifications? Any changes in any nations policies can lead a spam of hundreds of different notification, clutering ups once notification bar.
AlphaAsh  [ophavsmand] 26. feb. 2018 kl. 2:21
Intended behaviour. Until I've had a chance to assess how bad particular spam is myself, I've taken off a few of the muffles with this version. If/when the spam reaches annoying levels, I'll put the mufflers back on anything that is bugging me.

Great idea and great mod, except... I don't have any mods that should conflict with this one and yet I still get notified about AIs' new factions, federation associations and so on. (Pretty sure the mod *is* working somehow though, because I haven't heard about pacts and rivalries for a while since installing it.) Is that intended behaviour or are those things also meant to get silenced but for some reason don't?
