Also, some people might not have noticed, but the red cross of the Large Health has been replaced with a red Heart in Serious Sam HD.

The red cross on a background of white is an international symbol of humanity and the use of this emblem is spelled out in international treaty and restricted by U.S. law. In accordance with International and federal law, the use of the name and emblem of the Red Cross in the United States is limited except for certain pre-1905 users - to the medical departments and to the American Red Cross.

Actually, red cross symbol has no copyright. The symbol is too simple to be copyrighted.
Also, official first aid symbol is actually a white cross on a greenish-gray background.

Modders are allowed to use it I think, but still they can't put it officially in the game (if they decide to).

Please note that the +50 health with "+" sign can't be officially implemented in the game due to copyright issues.

They do have particles in the game, I took these from the editor and just forgot about it
