You can click on Show on Disk and it will show all your screenshots you've made and will let you copy / save which images you want. You can then upload those via your Workshop Item page when you have Published your level. Go to Add / Edit Images before your description on the far right side I think to upload.
I think having an actual thumbnail and providing screenshots will help you get more visibility for your levels. I would recommend switching up from doing just Jacket levels cause they can be overused. Maybe do a Henchman level next, idk. Keep it up man!
