@monday, This map sucks, but thanks anyways. I have always wanted to make another horror map that is infinitely better than this one. Heck, I even considered doing a remake for this.

There is a bottle on a table in the cafeteria, break the bottle to unlock the door. I know it is esoteric as hell, but you do it to get to the easter egg.

Ok I'm not sure how I did it the first time, but how do I unlock the door leading to the computers? I backtracked a lot but nothing. Did I do something the first time?

Once you get the keycard in the nightmare area (sewer area) go back up the ladder and leave through the double doors. Outside there are two tunnels, each have their own endings. One ending requires the car, the other requires jumping over the barricades.

how do I get the other 2 endings?! I keep getting break your neck and monster got you and i backtrack whenever i get a new keycard and nothing!

No, everything is here; models, materials, and sounds. If you see any errors or missing textures, then there is some kind of fuckery going on or you have a conflicting addon. Either way, I do not think I can do anything about it.
