I don't know the first thing about TPF/TPF2 model editor, but I created a horizon coach in Autodesk Fusion 360- if you'd be willing to take a look at it I'd gladly send you the fbx for it. Would almost complete the collection of amtrak

The cars are shitty

, 1.5m too short, the windows are wrong (too far below) and the interior is creepy. Actually, I would have to build them anew

Thanks for the links ;) and the good news is that mr.cheesecake will do some repaints of my Horizon coaches, i will support this by doing some small changes (no cabcar planned).
The viewliner baggage car is in the work, but afaik there is no viewliner coach just a sleeping/dinette car? (otherwise i need some pics/floorplan)

also djt blame me for the colorful website, but a lot of drawings from engines, wich may be helpfull with creating new stuff.

Would it be possible to base the comet series cars and a cab car off the model you have for the horizon? Many roads used them mbta, septa, metro north , NJT etc. Seems the designs were both with and without the middle doors.

I've enabled them in my Mods, but they aren't showing up in my game... I'm at year 2345 so that isn't an issue.
Any suggestions?

The City Sprinter is the Siemens ACS-64, if you are having problems finding the source material for the Charger I'd be shocked if you can find good enough material for the ACS-64. On the source material part I fully understand, sorry I didn't see your previous comment.

As is said especially for the Charger i need blueprints or something like that, just from pictures its near impossible to make a good modell.

I looked into it, the company that made the model just used an existing mold for the main body of the car... Now that is really going to bug me!

Empire Builder is right, NJT uses Cometcoaches which are not the same as this one. There are some differences, especially the comet 4+5 have middle doors.
