...Hey, could you do an update or companion mod or whatever that replace the Delirious item sprite with the new Lil' Delirium item sprite that was added in Repentance?
That way, BOTH items look great!

hello there, I have a little request that I want to get accept
I've been making a mod called the stickbox of isaac, it's about chinese stickmen, and of course It's not only for TOBI-players but also for stickman-lovers
so um, in order to make the game better and more convenient (no need for downloading another mod) for non-TOBI-players, I want to add your mod into my mod as a patch, could I?:P

i can tell the difference between lil del and del but i really like the new sprite its really nice

Fantastic idea. I hated that it was just another delirium face, and hated even more that nicalis didn't bother to change it.

Though, I wonder how your new lil delirium sprite would look with Delirious' color pallete. You should play around with that and see if it looks better. It would be more consistent too.
