They dont show up in my building themes manager, they do show up in my asset manager and in the RICO menu, but not in building themes and I have not seen one develop yet, however I was reading and I think the building themes per distrcit mod is not working right with the new DLC

these JLD buildings didnt appear in the list when you are setting up the buildings?

hmm strange..
RICO is working for me. Maybe resub rico mod. i remember reading it somewhere that rico got fixed for industry and the high density rico mod is no longer needed.
where as for district themes mods... i don't know. Used to use it long ago

They are growable! it is a level 5 high density residential
