the license to Robert Englund's Freddy is probably very expensive compared tot he remake version.

I know this isn't the porter doing since all he did is port the model to gmod. But does anyone else finds it weird they based freddy off his 2009 remake counterpart instead of his more well preferred original robert Englund version? Since remake freddy isn't very well liked by lots of people.
