It works when you start a map on Deathmatch and then change it to this one.

True - I obviously never anticipated that the map would be played with respawn enabled.

Yes bots don't work unfortunately. I'm completely clueless as to why.

I've tried to fix the bots before but CT always get stuck for some reason. Bots wouldn't be much fun even if I could fix it, play it multiplayer instead.
