Ark is a shit game made by Fiverr freelancers. So much spaghetti code. Certain engrams don't show up because of silly mod conflicts. When I uninstall a mod, completely unrelated engrams that were previously not showing will show up. It's not the modder's fault. Blame Wildcard for building a trash game.

I won't be doing anything with Genesis 2, sorry.

This mod unlocks everything except the unassembled utility mek from beating Genesis 2, so its so far great lol, just needs that single improvement.

Installed this mod. Enabled it then noting. No craftable item showed up at 90. Even tried the spawn code. Nothing happened.

Does this work with the new tek items yet, looking for a good unlock for a low pop server?

EDIT: Apparently the TEK Bow being usable without an engram was a bug that needed to be fixed, my bad. First time I'd felt like the devs should've left a bug alone.

@GhostlyComa Most of the Gen2 TEK items are usable without an Engram as far as I can tell (I found a TEK Bow in one of the supply drops at level 5 or so and was able to use it as soon as I had Element Shards). You might find it difficult to actually use the item in Gen2 without admin commands, since the Engram calls for 1 generic artifact. Which to my knowledge, do not exist on Gen2 (we presumably access the final boss through completing missions and getting to the Innards biome terminal). A secondary Engram for Gen2 replacing the artifact with something else would be appreciated (Mutagen would be a good substitute given how difficult it can be to get before level 82.)

no problem, it would likely work but i wasn't able to make the engram learnable, or change the crafting costs for that matter. i poured over your instructions but still couldn't get it to work
also, seems that most, if not all of gen2 is level locked, not boss locked.

No idea, sorry. If there are different tek items in Gen2, then probably not.

I try to keep the mod reasonably up to date, but I've otherwise had very little to do with ARK for a couple of years.

I found out a way to download, And the mod works perfectly! Amazing mod, this helped alot since we couldent enter boss battles due to a bug, Thanks alot.

Alright, I hope it works.
If you're still not able to get it from your friend's server, he may be able to email you the mod files with the Mod ID: 1270947900 and then you can manually place them in your game installation's mod folder.
I'm fairly certain that would work.

I dont think its your fault, im pretty sure its my steam. Tho im getting my friend to download it so i can install it by joining his server.

@SuperSilverBird I'm sorry, I have no idea why - it's set to public and I experienced no issues while testing it.

The mod wont download, ive tried multiple things, tho it never downloads.

Was able to test on a dedicated server with complete success.

The mod is working correctly and all items are unlocking (as long as they're available on the map in play). I'm currently unable to test on the Genesis map, but I'm fairly certain the relevant items unlock there as well.

Not sure if anyone even uses this mod anymore, but hopefully the update will help at least a few people

It was a long time coming (had difficulties with the ARK Dev Kit no longer compiling the mod successfully) but, after upgrading to 32 gig of RAM, I decided to give it another shot.

The update includes the addition of the "newer" Tek items. This list is available in the Change Log.

Everything should work now as far as I know - please let me know if this is not the case.

If using on Single Player, it may be necessary to unsubscribe and resubscribe to the Mod.

I heard that Wildcard is apparently trying to do a thing now where they block dlc dinos and items from being spawned etc on f2p maps. Which is a terrible business model as people will just stop using it or find ways around it. But they think by doing it they can get more money.

Wildcard are fucking greedy assholes....

There could be new Tek items that aren't unlocked by this mod - upon my last attempt at updating it, the Dev Kit's state seems to be that I can't properly compile any mods without it crashing. Not sure why, as my systems are reasonably high end and I never had persistent trouble like that in the past.

So yeah... if there are Tek engrams that aren't being unlocked, I'm sorry but there isn't anything I can do to fix it at this time.

@Zed i know im one of those subscribers for my private friend only session all i was commenting on was that its possible to solo the bosses and they are relatively easy... then again ill never play this game in its default settings state too many bugs causing dinos to be lost for dumb reasons...

fyi thank you for the mod its nice to have them unlocked before i go whomp the bosses with a raptor army im breeding out...

...and, as you may or may not be aware depending on life experience or lack thereof, some individuals have responsibilities outside of gaming and therefore inadequate time to sink countless hours into taming the army of dinos required for such a feat. Having found the majority of players on my small server at the time in that position, I made this mod so we could enjoy the Tek items despite it being impossible to go about it the vanilla way. As it seemed probable that other people would be in a similar situation, and due to my gratitude for the mods of other authors, I didn't hesitate to make it available publicly to anyone who sought a simple solution to the aforementioned barrier without the need to deal with a bunch of other items. It was a pleasant surprise when it had more than few hundred subscribers.

Anyways, that little rant over... maybe you can go troll someone else's hard work.

@Zed Its Studio wildcard Horror GPU Eater, and streaming, we need a supper pc and RTX2080TI or more lol. Tey bring new dlc whit allot bugs and problems. then blame mods makers yea i am know this company. it sucks, tey like more Dollars Then fix the shit. so is studio wildcard.

Yeah, I gave Wildcard the benefit of the doubt for years, believing that they would eventually fix the majority of bugs, as well as their terrible networking code, once they'd implemented most of the content... but they never did, and when the Extinction map managed to crash VERY adequate server hardware almost every time a meteor shower occurred (with Wildcard blaming mods and such rather than fixing the problem), I decided enough was enough and effectively boycotted them.
From what I can tell, though, this mod still gets quite a bit of use and continues to function as intended.

@Zed ohjee is you mod best keep it ut to date. But i am understand you why, whit this company Studio wildcard is not the freindly game creator lol. enjoy ur weekend.

Zed I don't know what validate my files is, so probably not. but I did install the tek for humans mod as well and it has an unbreakable version of all the armor and the rifle, that may be causeing the issue. i will try it again without that and see what happens. Thanks so much for everything Zed and I love the mod.

@Justoon well, i tried it out on singleplayer and everything unlocked fine and i was able to craft those items. have you validated your files and everything?
are you perhaps using another mod that alters tek chest and leggings? if so, and if that mod changes the name of the items at all, it likely won't stack with this mod.
that's about all i can think of, sorry. i hope you figure it out.

Dose not unlock chest piece or leggings. It said that it did, but it did not. Any one else have this problem or did i do something wrong. Everything else unlocked successfully.
