The highest building in this asset is missing its textures in my game. Only the meshes/window borders and the interiors on the lower and upper floors are visible. All other (sub)buildings in this asset are fine. The asset was alright a few month ago though. Resubscribing didn't help :(

You just need to draw roads on all four sides of this complex.
This error occurs because this is a compound building, it consists of 13 sub-buildings.

No road access. This needs fixing.

Like this building - but constantly getting either No Road Access or Crime Rate is high icons. Roads all the way around the building don't solve this, and police cars are constantly driving by and even stopping to "inspect crime scene' but problems don't disappear

This building is Beautiful. I use the Realistic Population mod and the Building Themes mod (instead of using RICO, which messes with all my other mods). It gives me a realistic population on any residential building I plop that is NOT RICO. For instance, this building, if it is all residential highrise, would probably hold about 40 to 80 households when using these two mods (IF IT WERE just a regular residential highrise that was not a RICO building). I don't know much about how buildings are modded (so maybe I'm asking something that is not possible), but I was hoping maybe you could make a version of this beautiful building as a regular hi-rise (LEVEL 5; so it would not be lost when leveling up). Is that possible? Meantime, I'll try to use it as a unique building if that doesn't use weekly maintenance (which my cities cannot afford). :^)

The roof texture dosen't like up properly between buildings. You could easily hide that by ading a small divider wall between the roofs.

Также если ты имеешь ввиду мои отдельные работы - каждое здание по отдельности(Avenue5 A, B, C, D, E) то распологай их также как скринах от этой работы.
Но в этом нет необходимости, так как я как уже написал собраз 5 зданий в одно. =)

Ну тут то и париться то не нужно, я же собрал все пять зданий в одно, тебе просто нужно найти его на панели РИКО, либо во второй категории уникальных сооружений если ты не подписан на мод - Ploppable RICO.
А те здания что также висят в панели рико, с серым кубом на иконках, так их использовать не нужно. Я же на скринах написал и показал.
