@Sora-MMK I am actually planning to update the item, I'm not sure when but I am planning on adding all the new golden items such as pennies and batteries, decreasing the change a bit to compensate, and adding a gold version

Will you add a gold version of this trinket?

@Seiyu Thats a bad idea, gold consumables don't add to your count, so it's pointless for anything but gold hearts.

An item/trinket which makes all keys and bombs into golden versions could be interesting. you woldn't get any new keys and bombs, but once you got one on a floor you could unlock everything.

I'd actually make it a single use shop item that converts the pickups in one room into their gold counterparts.

Mom's Box should be viable. Double double, 4x chance.

pretty good, as someone said before, it is not very frequent, but frequent enough to be noticeable, i honestly hope this gets added in the next booster pack

Why not increase the chance of a golden version appearing, the less of that item you have :/
like you have 99 bombs, have <=1%
or you have 2 bombs and get a 98%, but out of the next bomb drop... meaning it's still rare to get a drop of anything 0-0

Nice mod, would also work well as a single use active item that changes a pickup to the gold variant.

The effect is noticeable but not too frequent (which is good). Good sprite too. Nice mod!

@BrainFlakes The golden horseshoes increasese the chance of item rooms having two items and being able to pick from them (A percent chance of more options)

wait, isn't that the effect of the golden horseshoe trinket (can't really remember)? If I'm right you could make it a one-use item that turns all bombs, keys and hearts into their gold counterparts, just to make it unique

Eh, I still feel like it's much more fitting to have it work for golden hearts as well. It has gold in its name, and is a pickup.

Not a bad idea plus I like the sprite as most sprites in mods nowadays are just bad or are recolours so you get a +1 from me!

here's a silly idea, maybe you should add a minor stats up for players who have other gold-related items like Midas's touch
