You can just use the Model Manipulator.

Is there any way these could be made into NPCs? Replacing the standard citizens or otherwise? I had a version that replaced the citizen skins pre-workshop. I've heard it can be done with the model manipulator but it seems very tiresome to have to do for every individual citizen you spawn. Oh and perhaps also fix the hands on that one skin. I believe there is a fixed ragdoll version on the workshop. Use that.

These models overwrite your casual blue citizens i've found out, publisher please notify people on the description.

The hands for tale_07 are brown, can you fix them to white? I would not like a ragdoll with this kind of error plz fix it. :(
