Note: This item works with repentance. However! It's very buggy. It fucked my tears for several runs after picking it up, and didn't lower shot speed at all.

You know what would be neat?

If it was a shotspeed to Tears Converter, leaving the user with a measly 0.10 shotspeed and +X flat tears when picked up. It'd make this a very strategic item, imo.

Well, number one is range down and this is a shotspeed down. This item also can break the cap.
