It requires Thirsk Winter. I don't know if Thirsk is available on the workshop, which is why it isn't listed in the requirements. Search for keyword "Thirsk"

@varus The hanger doors can be opened from the inside. Check next to the small door, there is a control panel that should allow you to open the main hangar doors.

There's a hangar with a fuel truck at the main airfield, but I can not open the door. Was that your intention?
