To find the model, make sure you've selected the "workshop" filter, and then simply search for "scoutconcept.mdl"

If you're searching for cosmetics, use the search bar and type in 'concept.'

Unfortunately, we didn't provide an option to remove just the backpack, and changing the model's color isn't possible either.
