Also the previous area, it just seems like the aerial faith plate is out of place.
Overall the idea for a reflection gel chamber is good but what is holding it from being smooth is all the decay in the room and visual noise from the decay decorations. The theme is working against smooth execution. Even the solution you provided doesn't work consistantly. I had to noclip because my patience to get the cube to reflect properly was wearing thin.

Nice concept but it's really, really, really hard to use!
Having said that, i also, like others before me, would like to point out that the painted cube is rather cumbersome to handle and i didn't had time left to solve the puzzle.
The cube is a nice idea, but need to be easy to use instead of trying to get the players to use it in too exact position. Be more flexible and gentle with the chamber design.
