Thanks dude for making this fix. I had a weird issue where trays were piling up right outside the staff canteen, we're talking a LOT of them here. I thought I did something wrong but its another glitch that they never fixed

the cooks are jsut grabbing trays and dumping them outside the building in a stack. nobody is cleaning them. this functionality seems to not work either base game or via mod.

... why nobody ever heard of the logistics tab.. you can just assign a kitchen to the staff room...

yep, last official patch and yet this mod is still 100% necessary for me

This is a base game feature. Go to logistics and assign a kitchen over the staff room, the cooks from that kitchen will go take the trays.

This is great bc I had way too many trays.

Can confirm the bug is definitely NOT fixed.

I had to reinstall this. The mod needs to be tweaked some. It works but the trays still pile up and the cooks still don't bring enough clean ones.

Weird, it was fixed a while after I uploaded this, but I guess this is a good reason to not remove old mods from the workshop

It's funny that this mod is marked as obsolete and that ppl don't need it anymore and yet I've just spent the past 30 min trying to figure out why my cooks won't pick up the trays from the staff room after I started accepting prisoners.

what about the food on the ground. THe longer my prison goes on the more immovable food i have lying around. Its driving me crazy.

what's i said it's not fix anything at all. the dirty tray still all over my prison... so bad

@jill0valentine This mod is 2 years old, the bug this fixed was when chefs didn't pickup dirty food trays from the staff canteen and staff room, it's very likely that the file this mod overwrites has been updated since then so I would not recommend anyone to use it anymore.

i have no idea some cook took the tray and place it in somewhere secret like nobody will go there until i find out the tray is all over the tunnel. and the truck will get new tray in so there will be a mass everywhere you can find dirty tray. some say just need more kitchen, but what you said is if i only have one kitchen in the middle of the map and it handling all canteen's dirty tray. this is the fix i want, is it?i will have a try anyway

Yes that works as well, but if you only want one kitchen, then this bug can be really annoying.

all you have to do is have a staff kitchen connected to the staff canteen and a chef to work the kitchen and he'll grab them and wash them
