I wonder, if it can be attached to a piston and be turned on using a script if intruders go down a hallway that can be locked on the opposite end, almost like a certain film in which the franchise title escapes me at the moment.

These doors seem to work just fine.
They seem to turn on and off just fine.
You take damage when they are on and you can pass through when they are off.
There are zappy sounds when you touch the "closed" door.
the only broken part seems to be that "invulnerable" people/admins take damage too....hmmm

Same for large and small grids

I'm having several bugs.
First is the laser light itself doesn't show, The door still kills and the laser diodes on the door frames do glow, but the lasers themselves do not show.

Second bug is I destroyed the door, put another modded door in its place and it made the game crash. I don't know if this causes to crash or of if all blocks can make it crash. But placing a modded door where this laser door once was made my game crash. The log reverned this mod. I'm placed the other modded door a bunch so that isn;t what made it crash.

Not sure what is casuing this. Nor do I know if it's a mod conflict or my mod order, or jsut a bug from the last update.

I can upload my mod list and lof crash text file if you want me to.

these are causing a crash soon after placement. Twice now I've place a door, then went on building only to have the game crash a few moments afterwards.

Cooles Teil, hat auf meinem DS nur ein Problem...die Lazer sind unsichtbar und trotzdem wird man bei nem geschlossenen Zaun gegrillt. :D

Why does it kill in creative? The whole point of creative mode is to not be killable...

@system1024 "The Lasers can hurt Players in Survival and Creative Mode!" I don't know of anything that can hurt but not kill.

@FayBruh dedicated server tests
@Daywalker use a button Panel, its meant to be a security or jail door etc. thats why it doesnt have a Panel
@MrEvan312 because the old one was never working the way i wanted, back than it was the only way to use thrusters as blocktype to damage players. i never liked the thrust override way to open/close it and damaging players did not work in creative mode, this one is a Door just like any other door and works in creative
