I know what the issue is now. There appears to be a bug with my PC game that not showing the steam workshop download tab in the ingame downloads. Loaded the game on my laptop and the workshop content was there. I'll just have to download it onto my laptop and transfer it to my PC that way. cheers.

This works great for me, people need to learn how to use the workshop properly, this is a user error not the publisher.

These are working for a lot of people, I have no idea why they are not working for you. Are you subscribing to them while in game? If you are not, you must go to your game updates page and download them from there. You know, the tab where all games get updated? You should have workshop content queued there if you were not in game when you subscribed to this.
Having said that the tactics are uploaded to the full game workshop if you check my profile and downloads. The views from the full game will not work with touch obviously but the tactics will.

I have the same issue, none of the tactics, views or the DNA filter are showing up in the game. It seems to me that the FMT workshops isn't downloading the files to our PC. Do you think you could upload them to the full game workshop and tag them for the touch? Cheers.

where does this save to? it's not in the views menu
