Is there a certain CI mod, or should I use sv_consistency 0? Some CI for both this map and Left 4 Evil Dead have CI errors, where there are only sounds and no actions.

That's a weird random glitch that happens sometimes. The boomette wasn't modded at all. Tell your friend to enter "sv_consistency 0", without quotes, into the console before loading the map.

sometimes the skybox gets messed up (even the ones from valve) if the shaders are on medium or lower

Missing textures where? Make sure both parts are enabled under addons in game. Not sure why, but I've seen missing skybox textures in some videos on youtube. This is a strange bug, as we didn't use any custom skybox textures.

People who says it doesn't work, did you do exactly what he said? He said "Make sure you're playing in survival mode, and also, install both Part 1 and 2" You gotta install both parts.
