Love your work. You're very talented and since you've asked for suggestions, here goes; What about the long, thin, buildings that house many stores? The Mini-mall types. Just the building, with empty storefronts so folks could put random signs on and make custom mini-malls. Then someone - or you - could make a lot of signs for the storefronts like; Betty's Boutique, Barb's Beauty Parlor, Nellie's Nails, Pete's Pizza, Maxine's Massages, etc. If I knew how to do it, I certainly would as I think that kind of thing is missing for CS.

Man, I hate the AD. But this asset is much needed.
