is it just me? or when I activate the mutator, I get nothing but the portal gun? like I don't start with anything, just the portal gun other mutators are: the shoulder cam, and the portal gun. is something conflicting it?

cannot get in shop now with new zed gun..... same happened with my XMV850 in Shop mut to, you have to spawn with it only.... plz make it so you can spawn with it, shop slot has been taken by zed guns :(

Before reading the description, I thought of One Unity Whole Blood. Blood for short. After reading, I was right. That game was 1 of 2 games that I know of that used Voodoo dolls, or doll. Voodoo Vince is the other. Love that weapon in Blood.

There are plenty mutators aroud which allows you to add weapons to the shop. ServerPerks as an example, but I think there are some more "lightweight" mutators with same capabilities.
Typically you need to edit ini file with mutator' settings and add the line below to the trader inventory.

Is it possible to edit this so that it doesn't require cheats to be on cos I would like to put it on my server but if I put cheats on people will take advantage of it.
