The original map creator broke this version by deleting the map content from the workshop.
He packed all the content of the map and .bsp into one workshop item.

I uploaded a gma that only contains map content.

@Etro Abdeen, did you download the materials and models packs then open their .gma's and extract the files? There's a good 300mb+ of textures and models in there.

If the map lags it means you have too many addons. I just disabled them all and enabled the ones I really wanted.

Hey Wolfeh, I've been trying to make my own version of this map but keep on having trouble loading the majority of the studio models when compiling. Have you encountered this error? If so, how did you fix it? I made sure to put all the content in the 'common\garrysmod\garrysmod\' section.

it's the fact that it's an open and big map with lots of interior

source can't handle that
