Eh, I just ported it. I wasn't the guy who made it. I took up hexing as a hobby a while ago and decided to keep my old workshop files up in case anyone wanted to use them.

The hat and coat are individual effects. They're like hat models for the tf2 characters. You have to use bonemerger to attach them properly though.
